Job Title: CSE – Contact Center

Job Purpose/Summary:

  • Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties, providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Department and Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)

Key Roles:

  • Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems

  • Provide advice and support to managers on the recruitment process

  • Shortlist candidates for interviews conduct the interviews and provide feedback for both successful and unsuccessful candidates

  • Execute employee orientation and coordinate the execution of employee on boarding and induction programmers

  • Responsible for managing and updating the leave schedule. Document the leave forms after updating the leave schedule

  • Ensure proper day-to-day office administration while ensuring efficient provision of office services, maintenance of office equipment and adequate office supplies including the kitchen

  • Maintaining a safe and secure work environment

  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing the labor Laws, conducting investigations, maintaining records and representing the organization at hearings

  • Ensure all the performance documents are properly filed in the staff files on a monthly basis

  • Conduct exit interviews and ensure all the clearance forms are properly filled

  • Receive all enquiries on phone or emails and provide informed feedback

  • Draft/Write letters on behalf of the company to other offices e.g. Bank letters, introductory letters

  • Filling of correspondence into respective files and opening of new files

  • Take minutes of every staff meeting held

  • Process payroll by 18th of every month

  • Qualification and Expeience:

    • Holder of a Diploma in Human Resources Management relevant certificate.

    • Higher Diploma in HR will be an added advantage.

    • Member of IHRM with sound standing.

    • Minimum of 1-3 years experience in HR capacity.

    • Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.

    • Experience in the Manufacturing sector will be an added advantage.

    • Have positive attitude, resilient and can work for long hours

    • Good understanding of the labor laws

    • Must have good communication and listening skills and high level of Integrity.
